The Fairfax Renaissance Home Loan Program had funding discontinued for fiscal year 2026, which begins on July 1, 2025. As a result, the Fairfax Renaissance Housing Corporation will not be accepting applications for the program at this time. Please continue to check back here for any updates on the status of the program.

FRHC Meetings:
The FRHC meets on the second Tuesday of each month. Meetings are not usually held during the months of August or December, however, meetings may be scheduled during these months if a schedule change is deemed necessary by the Board of Directors.
