Join us for the annual Build-Your-Own Rain Barrel Workshop from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 30 at the Green Acres Center.

In only two hours, you'll assemble your own fully functional rain barrel to take home. No experience is necessary! You also will learn tips for care and maintenance.

Rain barrels provide a stormwater benefit and may be eligible for stormwater utility credit. Fairfax City property owners can learn more about the stormwater utility credit program and apply for credit at fairfaxva.gov/stormwaterutility.
