Join Enchanted Empowerment’s Taylor Swift Tribute character, Miss America-I-CAN-a, for a mini-concert featuring fan favorites and a short photo opportunity to follow. We'll be INSIDE Old Town Hall on the Upper Level - no chairs, so be prepared to sit, stand or dance!
