Urban Forest Master Plan Public Meeting #3

Fairfax City is developing the city’s first urban forest master plan – and we need your help! The plan will address growing challenges and threats to the urban forest over the next 20 years, such as increasing development, climate change, and invasive species. Learn more on the Urban Forest Master Plan Engage Page.

This open house session will provide time for attendees to browse six stations with proposed recommendations and strategies for implementation of the Urban Forest Master Plan. As they browse the stations, attendees can vote on their top priorities to provide feedback to the Project Team. There will also be a brief presentation at the beginning to update attendees on the plan's progress and provide next steps, and a wrap-up discussion at the end to answer questions and respond to comments.
