To celebrate 40 years of supporting the arts in the City of Fairfax the 2025 Spotlight on the Arts Festival will capture the vibe and energy of the Stage Door Canteen right here in Fairfax!  This year we're celebrating the end of WWII and spotlighting all fantastic music the era produced!

Mark your calendar for our Opening Reception and the Spotlight on the Arts Capital One Hall Art Contest where YOU will vote for the winning entries!  Awards will be given out that evening after our Musicale performances. Come cheer for our Arts Contest finalists! We will also be celebrating this year's Honorary Chair, Jennifer Passey!  Jennifer is a city resident, former City Council Member and Senior Director of Communications for the USO.   

Over the weekends of April 25 – 27 and May 2-4, you will be able to enjoy wonderful concerts and shows! In addition to the great line up at Sherwood you can go to Old Town Square to hear DC Starlight Orchestra play the big band hits of the era, spend an evening under the stars with the City of Fairfax Theatre company at Veterans Amphitheater, and so much more!   Click HERE for the full schedule of Spotlight on the Arts events!
