Absentee Voting by Mail
The deadline to request a by-mail ballot for the 2025 General and Special Elections is 5pm Friday, 10/24.
Applications must be received by 5pm.
To request a by-mail ballot, voters may:
- Submit an application online through the Virginia Department of Elections Portal. Please note that you will need your SSN and VA driver’s license number in order to apply online.
- Complete an application form and submit it to the Office of Elections in person, via mail, or email it to Registrar@fairfaxva.gov.
