• The Exchange Zone is not a drop-off site. If the transaction does not take place, you must take your items with you.
  
  
• Police personnel do not assist with transactions.
  
  

• Bring someone with you. Avoid going alone, especially when meeting a stranger.
  
  
• Meet in public locations. Do not agree to meet in remote or secluded areas.
  
  
• Inform someone of your plans. Share the exchange details, including time, location, and contact information, with a friend or family member.
  
  
• Protect your personal information. Do not share details such as your address, Social Security number, or bank account information.
  
  
• Meet during daylight hours whenever possible, even at the Exchange Zone.
